"This was a part of our lunch today and was loved by everyone at home. I used long-grain rice to make this. Thank U for the recipe, it is perfect!"
"This was just fabulous! I made it with Chicken Scaloppine with Lemoncello Sauce #250814. This was perfect, I did change how you made it as it seemed like alot of work...I just fried up the peas and onions in the olive oil, thru everything else in and put a lid on it...turned out perfect...I did add a little more water to it....great recipe!"
"Great recipe. Very easy! I made a few small changes though. I only used 2 green onions as 6 seemed excessive. I added a Tablespoon of minced garlic when sauteeing the onions, and I used brown rice instead of jasmine. The kids absolutely raved about it! I am allergic to onions, so I didn't try it myself, but it smelled very good."
"OMG this is sooooo good!! I love it... Im not a huge rice fan, but it was so simple and easy.. and the lemon gives it a kick. I added more lemon juice then what is in the recipie.. because I like the citrus taste.. I WILL DEFINATELY COOK THIS AGAIN!! MMM!MMM!!"
"Ok, but I probably wouldnt make this again."
"This turned out great! I used brown jasmine rice, made the day before. I sauteed the frozen peas with the onions added the rice, offed the heat and added the remainining ingredients. It was fast and fab :O) Thanks!"
"Really great recipe! The seared green onions are a wonderful flavor - I will double them next time! I used brown rice as it was what I had. Lovely!"
"This was super yummy. I was looking for something healthy and low fat as a side dish tonight to my pork tenderloin and cauliflower. I hate peas but even I didn't mind them in this dish. I love the smell of cooked jasmine. This dish did not disappoint. I may add a teaspoon of chicken granules to the water the next time I make this but no change needs to occur. This is a wonderful side dish. Thanks Lazyme!"
"Best Lemon Rice Ever! Made this for a cooking class and they all wanted seconds!! The recipe will be all over town! :-) Thanks for sharing. Koechin/ Chef"
"This made it into Book #179627. This was wonderful!!! OMG! I will definitely be keeping this one around for a loooong time. Thanks Sue!"
"We love the fresh lemon flavor. I used jasmine rice cooked in my steamer. Served with Greek-style pork medallions recipe I found on the internet. Thanks for posting Sue."
"I made this to go with salmon patties today. YUMMMMM. Excellent recipe, the seasonings are right on and make the end product impeccable. Very easy, low fat and delicious. What more could you ask?"
"This was great lazyme...just great. Quick and easy to make, with nice subtle flavourings. I like the nice crunchy texture that the peas and green onions give the dish. I used keylime juice and lemon peel...Yummy. I will be making this again often. Sure wish I could give you more than 5*'s. Thanks so much for sharing."
" We loved this recipe,it turned out perfect and very easy to make. Will make often!!Thanks."
"Very VERY easy to make and it's a change from regular rice or chinese fried rice. I had to make it for about 15 people so I cooked large quantities and everyone was pleased! Delicious!"
"excellent rice variation, very fresh tasting with the lemon and scallions. "
"We made this just as written for a grilled fish dinner and it was wonderful. The lemon flavor complimented the Jasmine rice nicely with the onions adding some kick and the peas added a bright look and helped balance the lemon taste."
