"i used a hubbard squash and it went together great"
"I changed this recipe around a bit based on what I had by using 1 shallot instead of the onions, veg broth and 2 oranges cut up instead of the marmalade. Very good but most likely I had different results than the chef planned on."
"I made this with two large pork steaks cut in half to make 4 servings. Turned out very tender with a slight sweetness. Made for 123Hits."
"This was so easy and so good! I used a zucchini instead of yellow squash and only used 2 thick pork chops. The chops were very tender which I loved. This is going to be again for sure! Made for Zaar 1-2-3 Hits Tag Game 2012."
"I made this today, halved the recipe for the two of us, with a basmati rice and corn. Very good. DH loved it, and I was happy to not have a hot kitchen today as well. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders."
"I cut this recipe in half for 2 of us & after a full supper (served over a combo of briwn rice & peas), there was still enough for lunch! We really enjoyed the flavor combo in the sauce ~ A great keeper of a recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Every Day Is a Holiday! tag]"
