"This recipe was found on the back of a can of Rotel tomatoes. It sounds really easy and good."

"Excellent salsa! I whipped this easy salsa recipe up today to go with some home made pinto beans with ground beef that I plan to serve over some brown rice. I ran out of Rotel and used Hatch brand instead (medium) so no extra jalapenos were needed. I also added cilantro and just before serving, I plan to add some cubed up avocado. This would make a great base for a grilled shrimp cocktail or ceviche-type seafood dish. YUM! : )"
"Great idea. Love the mix of fresh and canned tomatoes ( I used cherry tomatoes). I only had a red onion and lemons so I had to substitute. Roads are too bad to go out right now. Still loved the flavor. I also drained the rotel but kept the juice and added some to the mix. Next time I will use limes as per the recipe and cilantro (as suggested by others). Thanks for sharing."
"What an easy and delicious salsa! I drained most of the rotel, added the green onions and also about 1/8-1/4 cup diced red onion, some cilantro and a little over 1/2 a large jalapeno minced for added heat. Definately will make this again and again. Thank you for submitting the recipe! Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag game."
"We absolutely LOVE this salsa. I used Rotel with lime and cilantro, and added about 1/4 of a red onion, finely diced. AWESOME ~ even the DD, who is not a huge salsa fan, could not stop herself from going for seconds, and thirds... Thanks for posting lazyme, made for Diabetic Tailgate Party, Diabetic Forum, September 2010!"
"I've made this many times and it's a great way to have fresh tasting salsa year round. I use the diced Rotel tomatoes and drain the can just slightly before mixing all together."
"Delicious! We really loved this quick and easy salsa. We like our salsa spicy, so I added 1 large chopped jalapeno. Also, I added about 3 TBS. of chopped cilantro just because we love the stuff. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe...it is definitely a keeper! *Made for the Football Pool 2008*"
