"A great way to highlite the flavor of salmon. I baked in the oven for 1 hr and the fish was unsliceably tender with just a hint of herbage :) I hope our Costco carries wild whole salmon more often!"
"Made this for dinner last night and it came out perfect, if I do say so myself. I used cilantro and limes as that is what I had in the fridge. I put the packet on the grill for 1hr, turning it every 20min or so. I served the salmon with broccoli and a green salad, the meat just fell off the bones. Had the leftovers for breakfast this morning with fried eggs, red chile salsa and corn tortillas, can't wait to make this salmon dinner again."
