"This really is unbelievable chicken. I loved, loved, loved this simple recipe. The marinade flavor really comes through in the finished product. I marinated mine overnight and then threw the chicken on the grill when I got home from work. So easy."
"Oh boy - great chicken! I also boiled down some of the marinade to glaze the chicken while grilling. Loved the sweet and tangy flavor of this - thanks for sharing a great recipe! Made for the Best of 2010 Event (recommended by AZPARZYCH)"
"This is really good!! I got this recipe emailed from allrecipes as well and have been saving it for a while. Made as directed, had to broil the chicken because the grill was covered in snow. I kept the marinade and boiled it on the stovetop and reduced it down to a glaze and basted the chicken frequently. Will make again when I can grill it. Made for Healthy Choices Feb 2010."
"I too found this on All recipes originally. Love this stuff! I cut the recipe in half for 3 chicken breasts, so - I didnt have lime, so used 1 lemon, 1tbsp dry mustard, white vinegar, and only 1tbsp EVOO. Kept garlic the same as we love garlic. I actually made two batches of this. I marinated the chicken for about 5 hours or so, then used the other (cut the sugar and oil on this batch by a bit) to bake it in. 350 until done. This was so good!"
"This really good. I was a little concerned that the lime and lemon juice might "cook" the meat through denaturation, but I marinated for 16 hours and while i could see where the "cooking" had started, the end product was super flavorful and not tough at all. I served with mango salsa over rice"
"Chicken perfection. This is one of the best chicken marinades I've tried so far. I have been looking for something without soy sauce, and this is it. Not too sweet and pleasantly tangy. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!
Made for Bounce the Ball of Summer (Diabetes Forum)."
"The only difference I made was to use Dijon mustard. The chicken was in the marinade overnight. It turned out so yummy. Thanks DrGaellon :) Made for I Recommend tag game"
"Very good! We enjoyed this. I put it in a foil packet on the grill because the kids were playing outside and I knew I'd forget to flip it. Moist, nice mingling of flavors."
"This chicken turned out wonderful on the grill. Recipe made as listed. The marinade made a nice sweet/sour/garlic coating on the breasts when I seared them on both sides. Then turned the grill down to 325 to 350 and turned them every minute or two. This kept them nice and moist on the inside. Thank-you for for sharing this."
"Everone needs to try this at least once and I bet you will add it to your favorites! My 14 year old, who usually turns her nose up at most foods during mealtime, said, "Mom, what kind of chicken was that? I loved it!" So, there ya go! KCShell"
