About This Recipe

"A pretty pink cocktail that tastes so good, even the guys will like it. Great for a summer BBQ or a bacholorette party. Be sure to shake it very well in order to create a frothy appearance."

Ingredients

3 ounces coconut rum
1 ounce watermelon rum
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice ( from jar of cherries)
maraschino cherry
pineapple slice

Directions

Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add first 5 ingredients to shaker. Shake very well. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple slice.
