"There are a bazillion banana bread recipes but I can't seem to duplicate exactly. It is dense and has intense banana flavor and it never fails to get compliments. I have lost the piece of paper that this recipe lives on so many times and it has caused me so much anxiety. I have found it.....again.....so I am finally being smart and posting here for safe keeping."

"Plus a few more stars. I love how the loaves are not overly tall . Awesome flavour and moist. Keeper and going in my Divine Recipes of 2009 cookbook. This recipe will replace the one I have been using for years. Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag"
"Superior recipe! Very simple and straightforward and the result is a beautifully moist bread with a true banana flavor. I followed the recipe precisely, but baked four mini loaves instead of two regular loaves. As a result, my baking time was just under 40 minutes. It's only been out of the oven a little while, and one of those loaves is nearly gone! Thanks, Heidi!"
