"This made for a really delicious salmon burger. I cooked my patties in the fry pan but otherwise did as per recipe. The sauce was a different slant on tartare sauce in that it had tomato (a first for me in this style of sauce) but no cornichons/gherkins but the touch of tabasco was magic and bought it all together to marry with the salmon pattie, which I put in a wholemeal/wholegrain bun (though I didn't toast it, just buttered) and made a delicious dinner, thank you Boomette, made for Everyday A Holiday."
"Since we eat salmon at least 4-5 times a month, this was MOST DEFINITELY A NICE CHANGE FROM THE USUAL BURGERS, & a great new way to serve salmon! I'll certainly be taking these to our next 'burger bash' when 8-10 of us get together to share a variety of burgers, all the way from vegetarian thru chicken, & now to salmon! "GREAT TASTING BURGERS !!!! While out back cooking a neighbor was curious what I was grilling so eventually I had to half the recipe again for the neighbors for Nascar night. They were satisifed seeing we owed them 1. I did not use the salt, but I used seasoned salt though. Excellent mayo mixture too. Made for PRMR tag."
"Nothing short of wonderful. I didn't add the sauce to the burgers because DH wants his food dead plain. I used the marvelous mayo mix on mine as a condiment with onion and tomato. I made buns to go with this burger using Recipe #187552 and they complimented each other well. It's raining again tonight so I had to cook the patties in the broiler but I don't think they suffered for it. They were moist and flavorful. I use salmon a lot and this will be back at our house beyond doubt. Thanks Boomie for a wonderful recipe."

"this so delicious! I grilled the salmon burgers between a two-sided grilling rack (the ones that have two sides and lock together) I added in about 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic to the salmon mixture and used seasoned salt, I used Atantic salmon fillets for this, make certain not to over process the fresh salmon, process until only coarsley chopped.... this made the most delicious dinner served on homemade rolls with the delicious mayo mixture YUMMMMM! thanks for sharing hon!"
