"A stir-fry that is a little different, and relatively easy to put together. Found this recipe on the web. Can easily use white or brown rice instead of the jasmine rice!"
Serving Size: 1 (460 g)
Servings Per Recipe: 4
"This was really good. The only thing I would do differently would to be to add in some red or orange bell peppers next time to add a little color and contrast. Thanks for a great recipe iewe. Made for team Tasty Testers for The Caribbean Islands round of ZWT9."
"This was excellent. We love Asian inspired food and this hit the mark. The spices were just enough to give it flavour without overpowering and the fruit provided the right amount of sweetness. Adding this one to my cookbook."
"A very tasty dish! It was very simple to make and my family enjoyed it. The chicken was moist and delicious with great flavor. Made for ZWT7 for the Vivacious Violets."
"Thanki a lot for this tasty, easy and fast recipe. The chicken came out juicy and the sause rich and at same time light.
Thanks a lot we are glad we tryed this recipe out.
Done for ZWT7"
"This is a nice version of sweet-n-sour chicken! I've never had the tropical fruit salad before but it was very good in this. I may add a dash of tabasco to give it a little kick next time. All in all a good combination of flavors that we really enjoyed - thanks for posting this recipe!"
"This was great! Really easy to make and the kids loved it. My DD8 had 4!! helpings so it's definately a keeper. The only thing we would change is to marinate the chicken in the soy sauce mixture, to give it a bit more flavour. This recipe is a good substitute for sweet n sour which most kids love. Made for ZWT4"
