"Simply put, these are to die for. Loved by all ages and you don't even need ketchup! Zero clean up as well :)"

"Very tasty fries! My family enjoyed these very much. Served with recipe #272768 for an outstanding meal. Left the skins on and the potatoes cooked to crunchy perfection. Wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing."
"Delicious! These are a true replacement for french fries. They're the best oven fries I've ever had. I'll be having these anytime I get a french fry craving! Thanks Melvin's wifey!"
"Delicious fries! We cut down on the cayanne pepper as it was too spicy for the kids the first time we made these! And remember to line the cookie sheet with tin foil AND spray with cooking spray, or clean up is terrible and the fries WILL stick! (Speaking from experience here people! ) :o)"
"These ARE fantastic...especially if you love flavor and not ketchup! Even my kids loved them (although they still had ketchup). I had to google how to make 'herbs de provence', which was easy and amazing! Highly recommend these over frozen any night!! I'd like to try it with sweet potatos/yams."
"Used three potatoes and liked all the spices except too much rosemary in the provence. Served with sloppy joes over ciabatta bread."
"Great recipe. I used 8 small potatoes (mine looked like they had twice as much seasoning as the other photos on here). Next time I will either decrease the seasonings or increase the amount of potatoes. Anyway, they tasted great (the kids thought they were too spicy). I'll definitely make it again and tweak it a little. Thanks!"
"I will admit that I only used the cooking method and just added what seasonings we like-we're very garlic-centric in our house. These worked well with red potatoes, too-not just idaho baking potatoes. We added salt, pepper, minced garlic, parsley, and used garlic olive infused olive oil. Yum! Definitely a recipe to experiment with."
"This was my first attempt at home made french fries and I loved the results! I must confess though I only used the cooking method, and used recipe #186209 for the seasoning. I also added more garlic to the mix."
"These are delish! I have made them twice already and loved them both times!"
"I forgot to spray my pan : ( But I also added minced garlic and garlic juice for the last 15 minutes and they were delicious. Husband was craving garlic fries like the ones they serve at the Giants game, and since the Giants were playing tonigh we had to have them...this was a good substitute."
"Great flavor! I didn't have the herbs de provence, so I added a little Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb in its place. They smelled so good while cooking in the oven, too."
"Really, really good. It was the first time I used my jar of herbes de provence and it turned out great. This one is a keeper. Thank you."
"These Fries are so good ! I didn't have any cayenne pepper, so I just added the same amount of chili powder which turned out great. We will make these again. Thanks for sharing your recipe."
"Great recipe. The only substitutions I made was to use 1/3 of a cup of diced onions instead of onion powder which I do not have (I would not recommend this to other, since my onions ended up burning), cutting out the cheese and using one teaspoon of walnut oil instead of 1 tbsp of olive oil. Even with my onion mishap, the fries came out very tasty."
"These are seriously amazing. This is my new french fry recipe! Thanks!"
"Scrumptious!! (I had to look up herbes de provence and make it too !!) Thank you Melvin's wifey for a tasty treat!"
"We loved dipping ours in ketchup. They were crispy with a great taste too!"
"Very good. Nice blend of seasonings. No ketchup or dipping sauces are necessary. I used 2 large baking potatoes which resulted 4+ servings of fries. Thank you for the recipe. I will be making again."
"These were delicious! I would recommend though that you turn the fries over half-way through baking. Mine turned out much darker on one side than the other - but they still tasted good!"
