"This is my favorite sandwich at Panera so I was happy to find the recipe and share! It's a terrific way to use up leftover spinach artichoke dip, or an excuse to make some up...try Low Fat Spinach and Artichoke Dip or Skinny Spinach Artichoke Dip to cut out some of the fat."

"This is a great sandwich. I have never ordered this at Panera and now I won't every need to because it is so easy to make at home with this recipe. I did substitute some leftover chicken for the sliced turkey. Yum!"
"Thanks so much for sharing! I love this sandwich and am excited I can make it at home now! It was absolutely spot on!"
"This is my favorite sandwich from Panera Bread. I loved this recipe it is just like the real version!"
"I made this for myself and it was absolutely delicious --- even better then the Panera version! I was slightly dissapointed, but that was only because our panini grill couldn't handle the mammoth sandwich I put on it...!Thank you so much for making my favorite so much more accessible!"
"This was one AWESOME sandwich!!! I couldn't find any pesto foccacia at the store, so just used a good regular italian flatbread, and that worked really well! I also couldn't find any spinach artichoke "spread", so I just bought the dip, and it was heavenly!! Everything else I did the same! Tasted like a very good sandwich you'd get at a nice restaurant! Thanks very much!! I'll be making these quite often!! Made for the ZWT4 :)"
