"I made this the other night for dinner, and even the die-hard meat-eaters loved it!! I used Neufchatel cheese in place of the yogurt cheese because I couldn't find it in the store. Also, I served the chilies alongside the sandwich (optional) because I knew there were a few guests in my party that didn't prefer them. This would be great to take to a party, or even cut into bite-size pieces with toothpicks to serve as a healthy, tasty, and well-presented appy. This will most definitely go into my "faves" list.
