"This bread is absolutely delicious and very healthy. It taste just like Mimi's Cafe. I had read that many had problems with the center falling. I made 4 loaves instead on 2 in the mini loaf pans and had no problem. Many had problems with the bread sticking to the pans. I took them out immediately while still hot and had no problem, yet did have to stick a knife on the side and wedge them out a bit. Who cares though, this bread is well worth it and everyone I serve it to, LOVES IT."
"I made this bread to go with Thanksgiving supper and it was indeed just like what they serve at Mimi's Cafe. Its is delicious!! I put the whole batch in a bunt pan and did not grease & flour the pan - that was a mistake because it was really suck in there. Next time I will grease & flour my pan and only bake it for 50 minutes if I'm using a bunt pan."
