"My only issue with this is there was not enough for 4 people but the flavours [as per recipe maybe 2 to 3 at a stretch depending ow much you like] (I went heavy with the pepper - we love pepper mushrom sauce and as direction didn't state when to add seasoning I added with the raw mushrooms just before cooking and then during cooking as well) but the clincher was when the DH neclared it one of the better mushroom sauces I had tag and made. "A very easy and simple recipe to follow, with a great outcome! I followed the recipe as written but did add some fresh chives for a garnish. "This is a really great way to fix steaks. I love mushrooms with my steaks so I knew I was going to love this one. I doubled the sauce ingredients, including the mushrooms, and I'm so glad I did. It is rich and flavorful! I used Delmonico steaks because that's what I had on hand. I imagine it would be delicious with any kind of steak. I also added some freshly ground black pepper to the sauce. Delish!"
"These steaks were great. The sauce was simple to make and only took a few moments. I added 1 1/2 teaspoons of steak sauce and a little extra broth. Love it!"
