"Wow, what a winner Lynn. We loved this recipe, it was so quick and easy to throw together. The slush was sweet, tart and deliciously refreshing. My little neighbors wanted more. I really enjoyed the flavor of the lime and the strawberry. Just a perfect drink for this hot summer day. Thank you so much for sharing this tasty treat. Made for The Recipe of the Day Winner...Comfort Cafe :)"
"Strawberrylicious. My husband and I both enjoyed this after a morning of golf. Very refreshing. I used fresh strawberries and then also used some frozen strawberries for part of the ice. I bet kids would love it with a little whipped cream spooned on top. Thank you for the recipe. Made for Comfort Cafe, Summer 2009."
"What a wonderful treat after an all day of painting DS's house:-( I did omit the powdered sugar and added in two packets of Splenda. I guess I should mention too that I cut this recipe in 1/2 for just moi. The lime really comes thru nicely. Made for HolidayTag."
"Cool and refreshing on warm evening. The lime juice balances out the sweetens of the berries beautifully. Thanks for the post."
"Delicious this morning! I added just a little orange juice to help it blend. Thank you! Made for the Epicurean Queens ZWT 2009!"
"This is the perfect thing for anyone who likes a tart nip. it's still too early in the year for us to have strawberries here so I used mixed berries that I had in the freezer and added about a 1/2 cup of cold water to blend them. Used Splenda for the sugar. This was todays breakfast and I enjoyed every sip of it."
