"great easy recipe! easy to roll with wet hands, and they taste better 24 hours later. I popped mine in the freezer, but they havent actually "frozen" they are still soft (?) I will make these again for xmas hampers, but I might add a little white chocolate, just so they harden a bit more. Taste wise, brilliant! Nov swap"
"Very nice indeed busyozmum. I halved the amounts given and still made plenty. got about 20-25, not sure because as I mad them the kids were tasting them !! A very tangy flavour from the apricots and yet sweet, and you are right they are very more-ish. They vanished before my eyes, even by those who dont like apricots!!!!Actually I wished I had made the whole amount !! Will be making agin....Thanks busyozmum."
