"This is a scrumptious pie that is wholly natural, no sugar, and no trans fats! :) Go figure! :) Because xylitol does not use insulin to metabolize in your body, it is good for diabetics, too! YEA!! Xylitol is not included in the nutrition information, so here is the info I have calculated per serving (1/8 pie): 72 calories added, 30 g. carbs added from xylitol, 0 g from sugars"
Serving Size: 1 (161 g)

"Made this tonight...however, I made some changes due to dietary restrictions with gluten. So I made a gluten free crust. Also I found out that I didn%u2019t have molasses and ginger while I was putting this together. So I substituted real maple syrup for the molasses and used extra cinnamon and some allspice in place of the ginger. This pie got RAVE reviews from all 5 people who tried it. One commented it was the best pumpkin pie they ever ate. I had to print out the recipe for her. I will be making this again for sure%u2026and this time will try it as it is supposed to be but with gluten free crust. Thanks for posting this."
