"No identity crisis here...definitely breakfast food! My husband loved this on this Father's Day morn. Made for Everyday is a Holiday."
"I scaled this back for 1 and cooked the bacon in the oven but cooked the egg in a small frypan on the stove top otherwise made as per recipe though I only cut it in half and the DM and I shared as I would have struggled getting through a full sandwich and we were both more than satisfied with half a sandwich each and enjoyed a filling and delicious breakfast, thank you Boomette made for Photo Tag tag game."
"This was soooo good! So tasty and was a great change from a traditional BLT"
"Delicious and easy to make. I made only two sandwiches. I used wholewheat bread and made omelet in the pan. Love the combination of tomatoes, bacon and eggs! Made for December 2011 recipe swap. Thanks Boomette!"
"These are great! I love BLT's anytime of day, and the addition of the eggs makes me able to justify them for breakfast. Thanks!!"
"This was a BLT with eggs added to the sandwich and definitely a great combination. I love BLT's so knew I would love this sandwich. The only thing I changed was not to add the tomato as I don't care for them raw. Thanks for sharing the recipe!! Made for WTTM Tag."
"Delicious! I had already pre-cooked all of my bacon and frozen it, so I just heated it up real quick in a saucepan while the eggs were cooking. I omitted the salt and used one slice of bacon per sandwich, so that we could add some pepperjack cheese without feeling guilty :D Very nice treat. Thank you for sharing!"
"What a cool recipe! It makes it so much easier to make sandwiches for my big family. DH added some pepper jack cheese to his. Made and Reviewed for Zaar Stars tag - Thanks! :)"
"Wonderful breakfast! I used turkey bacon, light miracle whip, and low fat cheese all wrapped in a whole wheat wrap and my kids had theirs in whole grain bread. Thank you for sharing the recipe!"
"I needed to trim the fat but this sounded so good that I couldn't resist tagging it. I used veggie bacon, EggBeaters, low fat mayo and slaped it all between 2 slices of whole grain bread. For a person who needs to control fat and calorie intake this was wonderful and most enjoyable. I happened to have beautiful ripe Tomatoe's On The Vine and for me they were the star in this sandwich. Yummm, thanks Boomie. Made for Zaar Stars."
"WOW! What a terrific Breakfast sandwich. We loved incorporating mayo into the eggs before cooking. We simplified this recipe by cooking bacon in a frying pan (We keep reserved grease for other recipes), and made the eggs in the microwave. We also used homemade bread and cherry tomatoes. This sandwich has outstanding flavor, crispiness from the bacon and toast, and bounce from the fluffiness of the eggs. A definite keeper Boomie, thanks so much for posting. :) ~2Bleu"
"Yum Yum! I used veggie bacon, but otherwise made to directions. I loved baking the bacon and the eggs! Great sandwich! Thanks! Made for Zaar Stars game."
"this was made and enjoyed only using sliced ham in place of bacon, I only made two sandwiches, thanks Booms, my DH enjoyed these!"
"Made this for breakfast this morning. Made as posted.Wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for posting. Made for 123 wonders game"
"Delicious and easy to make! I cut the recipe in half and made exactly as stated. You can't go wrong with this recipe, it's so good."
"Made these for breakfast this morning for my boys. They enjoyed them. I followed the recipe other then I made my eggs on the stove and I made my bacon in the microwave. I also added a slice of american cheese on each sandwich. Good breakfast before heading off to school."
"Loved this! Made this as directed except halved the recipe. I love sandwiches that are messy when you eat them - that's what makes them good to my mind, lol. This was messy and tasty! Thanks Boomette."
"What's not to love about this delicious sandwich. I cut this down for the 2 of us. I followed the directions with the exception of cooking the eggs. I did mine in an omelette pan and it turned out very nice. Thanks Boomette for a wonderful breakfast."
