"I needed some brownies to take to a pot luck and Breezytoo suggested these. WOW!! They were awesome and everyone raved! When we went to pick up our empty pan the lady said that we were the one's that made the fantastic brownies? Yes we were! Thank you so much for posting this easy,wonderful recipe!"

"Oh my gosh---these are so good! I made some to take to work and everyone kept coming back to the office asking, "Are there any brownies left?" I used a store brand fudge brownie mix. Next time I make them I think I'll put them in the fridge to firm up. Even though I had let them cool for several hours, when I tried to cut them, the candy bar middle was so gooey, and it was hard to keep the brownies from falling apart. I first thought that maybe I hadn't cooked them long enough, but they were a little tough around the edges, and cooking them longer would have made them too hard. I cut about half of them, then put the rest in the fridge. When I got them out later they were much easier to cut. These are VERY rich and oh so good! Thanks for posting!"
"I agree that one mix appears to be not enough ( in a 9x13x2 pan) , but in fact the 1/2 brownie mix on the bottom rises up from undeneath and meets up with the top layer of brownie mix. I may try the two mix recipie next time, but clearly these are the most amazing brownies ever! The compliments I got were great!"
"I had seen a similar recipe on the Paula Deen show. I've made these twice now and the first time I used a regular brownie mix and used Hershey Bars with Almonds. The second time I used dark chocolate brownie mix and used the Symphony bars. Instead of using one package of brownies, I did use 2 in each batch. I mixed one batch and put it in the bottom, covered that batch with the candy bars, then mixed another batch of brownies for the top. I used a deep 13 X 9 pan both times and allowed them to cook longer to cook through. I can't tell you the number of rave reviews for both batches. Thanks Eat it Up for posting this recipe. "Wow! These are so addicting! I couldn't find walnut brownie mix so bought regular and added my own. I used a 9X9 pan for a thicker brownie and used two 8 ounce Symphony bars, one which I had to cut just a bit off of to have them fit perfectly in the pan. Couldn't have been easier and the results are go good, these are definitely going to be made again! Thanks for sharing! :)"
