"I made this for my mom's birthday (quadruple batch) and everyone devoured it! I followed the recipe exactly as stated. I did mix the pasta right in with the sauce and chicken, however, instead of pouring it over as stated. Everyone went back for seconds and there was maybe two servings of leftovers. "I made a few modifications and it was practically identical to OG's if not better. I pounded the chicken thin and sliced into 3-4 strips. Used 3 cloves of garlic and added it slightly before the wine to pronounce the flavor and generously salted the pasta water. I suggest "Fre" Dealcoholized Chardonnay for families with young children. FANTASTICO!"
"This was pretty good but a little bland. I added a ton of salt and pepper and it made it much better. Next time I think I will dice the chicken and serve the mixture over a smaller pasta like penne and add some artichokes. But overall it was very tasty and DH and I enjoyed it very much. Thanks!"

"OH MY GOSH! This is what my husband and I ALWAYS get at Olive Garden, and it is yummy! I made it last night, and I doubled everything except the chicken and it was PERFECT! I also add butter and garlic salt to the noodles as soon as i drain them so they don't stick together and it gives them a little flavor... I am telling you, I will NEVER get this at Olive Garden again, because I can make it at home. This has got to be the best recipe I have found on thsi site yet!!!!"
"I made this the other night and, unfortunately, I was not as enthused as the other reviewers. I did everything that the recipe said (including using Bella Sera Pinot Grigio) and it didn't make any kind of a sauce for the linguine noodles. The idea was great and the smell from the wine was wonderful, but the chicken took so long to cook that the onion and garlic ended up almost burning. I will try this again but probably do some things different...such as doubling the wine, cooking the chicken until it's done and THEN adding the onion, etc. to cook in the wine and just top the chicken with the mixture before serving. I was pretty disappointed, but maybe it was just a bad cooking day for me."
