"Are you kidding? Of course these are awesome! The flavors of the mustard, garlic, red pepper flakes, compounded with the tomatoes doused with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper and, THEN, the bread with the gorgonzola/mayo dressing. Plus, the peppery watercress on top just put this over the edge. The husband and I spent the day painting and this was our reward. Thanks so much for posting this recipe Manami :)"
