"From the October 1996 Cooking Light, these easy potatoes are a family favorite."

"We had a 5-star meal tonight with these as our side dish. The family loved every bite and I loved that it was quick and simple to make. My grandson especially loved poking holes in the potatoes before cooking. Used a sweet vidalia onion and Yukon gold potatoes. Absolutely perfect for our family. Found and made during ZWT8."
"I used yellow potatoes and cooked them in my steamer machine. This is very simple and easy to do. And it was great with the cheese :) Thanks Lazyme. Made for Zaar Star Game"
"What a great combination of different ingredients in this one! My DH gets sick of tatoes the same old way all the time, so this was a nice surprise with him and I really loved them too! This is now in our favorites to have again soon!"
"I loved these, hubby liked them, so that's why a 4 instead of 5. Very easy to make - and since I'm a fan of onions - it's my type of recipe! Thanks for posting! Made for I Recommend Tag Game."
"great recipe....I boiled the potatoes for a while until almost done instead of microwaving them...nice flavorful side dish"
"I just love to use the microwave and shorten the cooking time and this worked out great!!! I cut the recipe to serve one, as I was having a salad and these yummy potatoes for lunch. Thanks for sharing another great recipe!!!! Made for potluck tag."
"We loved this! It was easy to prepare and took no time at all, plus you have the added bonus of taste. Made as posted except cut it down to serve just 2. This is a keeper. Thanks lazyme for posting."
"We really enjoyed these! I loved the hint of lemon flavor. I liked that they started in the microwave and didn't take much time in the oven. My sons enjoyed them, too!"
"Delicious! So simple and a great flavor! I did everything exactly as stated, but may have added a touch more seasonings since I was eyeballing it. My husband raved about these and he doesn't even like roasted potatoes!"
"I did a half batch of these but still used the full amount of salt & pepper. These were nice but I found the lemon pepper flavour didn't really come out as I had hoped. Maybe our blends here in Oz are milder than US. If I make again I will use more lemon pepper. Thanks!"
"These were so good and loved the addition of the lemon pepper. Used slightly more that stated with Kosher salt. I couldn't find a vidalia onion so used a yellow which worked well. Thanks"
"The description is perfect--easy and a family favorite! I followed the directions exactly except that I stirred up the potato and onion mixture to distribute the salt and lemon pepper more evenly. They came out delicious! Thanks lazyme!"
"Oh, yum....these taste like a stuffed baked potatoe without the sour cream of course. Just a note I did have to cook mine for about 45 minutes even after precooking in the microwave. Good side dish."
"This was delicious! I had no idea adding the lemon pepper would make such a difference, but it was stunning. I'm really impressed! Quick, easy and yummy!"
"I've used this recipe twice now, and it came out great both times! DH liked it, but said to use less onions next time. I used reduced fat cheese. This was a simple and fast way to use baby potatoes. Thanks for posting!"
