"All ingredients amounts may be adjusted to taste --- you may substitute the bottled Hidden Valley Ranch dressing for the package, I prefer the package --- I have even made these using Caesar salad dressing from my Kittencal's Famous Caesar Salad instead of the Ranch :)"
Serving Size: 1 (318 g)
Servings Per Recipe: 4
"This is a great quick weekday supper! I used Rotisserie Chicken from Costco which eliminated the need cooking the chicken breasts in oil. I heated the cut-up Rotisserie Chicken in a pan and added recipe#313785 till well heated. The Ranch Dressing really made the flavor of these chicken tacos! I served with the chopped tomatoes, green onion and lettuce and also added tomato salsa as well. Thanks so much, Kittencal!"
"Quick and Easy, I am not a taco fan, but I had a second helping of this meal, my mother sister son and boyfriend loved it...."
"My fiancé LOVED these. Making your own ranch makes these so much better as I hate bottled ranch. Thanks for the great recipe Kitten!"
"Another great recipe by Kittencal! I need to ask, however, if you really meant 28 grams of ranch dressing mix. That is four of the pouches that come in a whole box! I tried the recipe this way, mixing 28g with 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of mayo, and the sauce was VERY strong! I would suggest that you make the ranch dressing as it is stated on the package, and not use all four packets like I did!!"
"I was moving fast and didn't read all the instructions very well, I ended up adding half of the packet of ranch dressing in with the dry taco seasoning and added a little bit of chicken broth. It was very good! So, I guess this is not a real review, but thanks for the idea anyhow!"
"Kitten these were FANTASTIC and so easy. I shredded the chicken breast instead of cubing. Everyone loved these. Thanks Kitten, you are awsome!!"
"I loved these tacos. We had a lot of ranch sauce left over so we used it again to make chicken burritos the next day. We had guests over this night so we also made Carne asada soft tacos and Spanish rice. It was a hit."
"This was so good I will make this again"
"This was so easy to make and my picky husband and daughter loved it! Family night fav.!"
"Love this, and quick too, Kitten you have done it again! I was wondering around Zaar and I came upon this delightful, easy as picking dandelions in the Spring, but *POW* erful taste sensation. I had everything on hand, even down to the "Stand n' stuff" taco shells. I had made some ranch dressing last night from "Hidden Valley" so that was already done! I had some rotarrise chicken and put this into the seasoning, and away I went as a gentle breeze, taking a moment to sit down and enjoy the taste, ease, and complete enjoyment of this recipe. Thank you once again, KITTENCAL! Made for *LiveStrong* Day May 2008."
"I loved these tacos! I also really liked the homemade ranch dressing with the minced garlic added. I never thought of doing that! I was hooked putting it on everything for days! This is a great alternative to the regular beef tacos. You gotta try these! Thank you for sharing the recipe!"
"Good alternative for those who don't like ground beef, like my daughter. She liked it on nacho chips as well as the taco shells. One substitution I made was using my own taco seasoning. Turned out great."
"Delish! I used the bottled Ranch dressing and all of the ingredients went together very well. Very simple and pretty. Thanks Kitten."
