"This is from Weber's "Real Grilling" cookbook and it has great flavour. I bought a beer can chicken stand (they're quite cheap)which makes the can and the chicken more secure. Make sure your chicken isn't too big or you may not get the lid closed on your BBQ."
Serving Size: 1 (400 g)

"This was great. I cooked in the oven at 350 because our grill isn' big enough for 2 chickens (I have 7 kids) This will be a favorite in our family."
"Yum! Great beer can chicken recipe. The rub was amazing and really gave the dish something extra. We made exactly as written and it came out great. Thanks for the recipe."
"I cooked this late night and I thought the recipe turned out great! Very juicy and tender! Everyone loved the flavors! Also, very easy to prepare."
"We made this at the annual Girls Weekend in the country. Just place the whole shebang into a frying pan and put it on the grill. This was outstanding and I recommend that anyone tries this."
"Fantastic! We made exactly a written and the results were amazing. The chicken is moist, tender and full of flavor. I loved how the chicken was evenly roast all around - the skin was so crispy! Thanks for posting a great recipe!"
"Happy to be the first to rate this - This was outstanding!! My husband grilled 2 chickens last night, one using this recipe and one using #185759 Beer Can Chicken with Memphis Rub. They were both delicious - tender, moist and flavorful. They looked beautiful coming off the grill - made just as directed and they were fabulous!!"
