"Created for RSC #10. For a treat, try a strip of cooked bacon under the cheese before toasting."

"Made this last night. Had some extra roasted chicken left over and wanted something quick and tasty to use it up. It was great. I didn't have any celery seeds, and can't eat raw onion so left that out, but otherwise followed recipe, putting half on one slice of bread and half on the other and eating them both open faced all by myself! The maple syrup and mustard made it so good! Thanks, Pamela!"
"Very good combination of ingredients for a nice hot sandwich. I quadrupled the amount of ingredients to make 3 large sandwiches (my buns were big!)."
"This was good. Was looking for away to use up some leftover cooked chicken breast. This was different and interesting looking. I misread the recipe and added 1 tbsp of dijon mustard, not sure if that is why I found the maple flavor non-existent and ended up using more maple syrup. Will try this again... with the right quantities. Used whole grain dijon mustard, subbed onion powder for the onion, and celery salt for the celery seed. Omitted the parsley, but like the suggestion of using italian seasoning. Tried it on a slice of bread and also on a pita (sort of like a pizza!). Baked in toaster oven for 12 minutes @ 400. Sprinkled red pepper flakes on top for a little kick."
"This totally hit the spot for my dinner tonight. I cut the mayo mixture in half but used 1/2 cup chicken. Used fat free mayo, sugar free syup & brown mustard. Instead of parsely I used italian seasoning & only used 2 tbsp low fat mozzarella cheese. I cut a piece of whole wheat bread in half, spread lightly with some fat free butter spread & garlic-toasted it & then broiled the whole sandwich (open faced) for 4 min & it was perfect!! Topped it with a little turkey bacon for a treat. So easy, so yummy & totally fit the bill for a cold winter's night. Thanks for sharing!"
"This was a great sandwich. There was a lot of dressing for such a small amount of chicken so I added more chicken. DH2B loved the bacon on his (I did not add bacon to mine). I was not sure how to cook it since, a temp was not listed, so I put it under the broiler for about 5 minutes. Thanks Chef and Good Luck."
"A very tasty sandwich! I made it both ways, with bacon and without, and I loved it with the bacon more! I did need to use a little more chicken then stated in the recipe. I really enjoyed the onions and slightly spicy flavor of the chicken mixture. It was very easy to make. Good luck in the contest!"
"This was delicious!! I had it for lunch today. I didn't change any of the ingredients. There is no oven temp stated to bake it at. I baked it at 350 degrees. It was good before baking but it was even better after baking it. The flavors blend really well. At first I was hesitant to make it because of the maple syrup. I thought it would throw the flavors of but it didn't. I have been looking at other chicken salads but hadn't found any that really appealed to mel This one did. I used Foccocia bread I will definitely be making this again. It's a keeper. I made it for the RSC @10 recipe contest."
"This was very quick & easy to put together and very tasty! I used sliced whole wheat bread instead of a bun and put them in the toaster oven on toast until the cheese was melted. I think that the chicken mixture by itself would be great too. It has a nice sweet and spicy flavor that is very different then traditional chicken salads, but delicious. I'd suggest putting an oven temp in the recipe for those who are not kitchen-saavy. Thanks!"
"4 star - very good melt, I used the heals of a very nice whole wheat loaf of bread, worked great. We love the combination of flavours and it all melted very nicely. I would definately make them again, only one flaw in the recipe, no temperature for the oven , that's the only reason I give this a 4 star rate, the flavours and ease of making deserve a 5 star rate. Good luck in the contest."
"I followed the recipe exactly. The flavors blended together nicely and the pinch of celery seed added a nice touch."
"Kept to the recipe except I used flat bread instead of a whole wheat bun (it was all I had at home) - Flavour was interesting with the sweetness of the maple syrup and the sourness of the lemon. I really enjoyed it. Thank you"
