"I came across this in a magazine giving ideas for healthy teas. I made this up and found it great either hot or cold. A nice change from ordinary lemon tea for when you have a cold or flu or even just to have hot on a cold night as a comfort drink or iced for a refreshing pick me up."

"What a great tea. I love, lemon and ginger, this was just perfect for me. I enjoyed this delicious tea both hot and cold. The spice ratio was perfect. The flavors were bold in the hot beverage and subtler in the cold. It was excellent served both ways. It certainly helped my sore throat. I did add more honey (personal preference). "Delicious and soothing tea! I used dried thyme because that's what I had, and I boiled the ginger for about five minutes with the water before pouring it over the lemon, cinnamon, thyme and honey. I have a laryngitis and this really helps a lot. Thanks for sharing this delicious and helpful home remedy!"
