"Made this the other day for some vegetarian company we had so substituted some homemade vegetarian broth for the beef broth (also used lemon pepper instead of the usual S&P), then followed the recipe the rest of the way! Have made this kind of soup a number of times, but never before included eggs or breadcrumbs, but those two ingredients did work well here!
