"Wow, PotPie--this was scrumptuous! We had our kids and munchkins here for Father's Day and a few additional days. I served this salad along with another of yours over the days and it was a big hit. Instead of using king crabmeat, I chose to use Dungeness and since we were at the market with the chinese deli I got a large container of fried rice, let it cool and added the other ingredients. I used the lower end of the mayonnaise measurement and it worked out fine. Thanks for posting; we'll definitely make this one again!"
