"This was fantastic, I would definitely make this again! I lowered the oil in the dressing to about 1 tablespoon to save a few calories and because BF is not overly fond of cilantro or red onion, I only put in about 1/4 cup instead of 1/2. He still thought there was a bit too much onion but I didn't.:) Otherwise, I don't think it needed any additional salt. The two of us ate about 2/3 of it for supper with a salad, and I just finished off the rest of it for lunch. Excellent!"
"This was delicious! I used a little less lemon but then used all of the dressing on the salad. I also didn't use water in the dressing because the tahini I use is pretty liquidy to begin with."
"This is delicious! I upped the amount of quinoa by half (used 1.5 cups quinoa and 3 cups water), I put a veggie boullion cube in the water also for a bit of flavor. I also added a chopped red bell pepper and used parsley as I didnt have any cilantro. Thanks so much for this recipe."
"Yum, this is an excellent salad! As I always do with quinoa, I toasted it, using recipe #16399, and then proceeded with the recipe. I thought I didn't have any cilantro, but remembered that I had recently made recipe #223937, so I defrosted some and put that in. Since there are already onions in that mixture, I didn't add the red onion. I did add one red pepper, as I needed to use it up. I love the lemon and sesame in this - it was delcious!
