"Here is a cake for your sweet tooth. I got this recipe from a co-worker in the 1970's. It is a rich, moist and delicious sheet cake. Serving size varies."
Serving Size: 1 (89 g)
Servings Per Recipe: 20
"I made this for PAC Spring '09. I didn't use the 1 cup pecans because my husband doesn't like them. This is very good similar in taste tp pineapple upside down cake but easier to make."
"Very moist, delicious sheet cake. Since it is baked on a jelly roll pan (mine is 15" x 10"), servings are thin which helps to lessen the guilt! Will definitely bake again. Thanks!"
"Ok, we tasted it warm and it is fabulous! My husband loved it! Would be great for parties with all that it could serve. Awesome...thx!!!"
"OH MY!! This is very good. I added a cup of flaked coconut to the topping since this recipe is similar to another one I have, and I was curious to see how it would turn out. It was a huge hit at work."
"Oh my goodness!!! This is absolutely delicious!!! I love pineapple upside down cake so I thought this sounded very interesting. It was so simple to make and quick!! I will definetly be making this again. I think I might try cutting back alot on the sugar in the cake itself, and increase the brown sugar a bit for a slightly healthier dessert. Thanks so much for posting such a wonderful recipe "Olive"."
"Wonderful cake, love the moist flavor. This make a lot and would be great for a crowd of people or to take to work and share. Extremely moist."
