"This was delicious, and very easy to prepare. I always wanted the recipe for this, so now that I have it and it turned out so good, I will be making this again and again."
"I made this for my husband over St. Patrick's Day because he loves pistachios. It was a hit. Thanks for the recipe. It's a bit like Watergate Salad but with coconut."
"This was awesome! I couldn't stop eating it and DH absolutely loved it. In fact, we ate the whole thing in one day. Can you say "oink"?"
"This is just downright delicious!! Very easy to make. Got rave reviews from the whole group!! Thanks IB, for sharing this. "
"Awesome! My family loved it this Christmas with dinner! Lusciously sweet, refreshingly tart, and very savory and as like I said before its intensely refreshing on a warm day ;)"
"Very quick and easy. I made this for our Easter lunch and it was a big hit. I'm not a fan of heavy desserts so this was perfect. Thank you!"
"This was wonderful....I used a 20oz can of crushed pineapple, omited the coconut and nuts and added marachino cherries."
"This is great! For the pineapple I used a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained) and 1 cup of chopped pecans instead of walnuts but kept everything else the same. Thanks! :)"
"Great recipe. I left out the crushed pineapple and added mandarin oranges and some leftover canned peaches. This disappeared quickly. This is easy to put together and great for a picnic."
"This is the ambrosia I remember as a kid. Thanks for the recipe!"
"My son (nine years old) is really getting into helping me out in the kitchen and this was something he could do on his own. It came out very nice and was super easy for him to do. We left out the nuts because he doesn't like them, but I think the crunch would have been good. Instead of the can of pineapple chunks we put in mandarin segments which was nice for some contrasting colour and taste. We also weren't too worried about the measurements, which is good for his age group. We're going to try doing it with different pudding flavours. Thanks for posting such a fun dessert! "
"ditto all the above"
"So easy and so good!"
"This is Excellent and tasted great!! I will make this again. Thanks Iron Bloomers..."
