"This is such an easy recipe to put together. Perfect for those nights when you are either short on time or just too darn tired. It was very flavorful due to the sesame oil and teriyaki sauce. I loved the combination. I increased the amount of noodles (because I love them) and decreased the amount of teriyaki (because my DH doesn't like too much). I thought it was really tasty. Thank you!"
"Yummy! We loved this and we didn't miss the broccoli. (probably because I served it with recipe #239850). I enjoyed the fact that the recipe was for 2 servings. I forgot to increase the red peppers like another reviewer suggested, but found it was just right in spiciness. Made as posted with the exception of decreasing the vegetable oil to 1 tablespoon. "Good basic chicken and noodle recipe. The carrots give it a great color. I used half the oil called for, and increased the teriyaki sauce. I also stirred the green onions in last so they would not get too wilted. Next time I'd increase the red pepper as this was mild. Leftovers were enjoyed as well."
"A very yummy and colorful lunch! I had left over chicken that was sliced and already seasoned well, and I steamed the veggies last night only until slightly cooked... so all I had to do was just pop everything in the microwave at work to heat it up. Super yummy and easy... also can be made ahead, and that makes it a 10 star to me!"
