"I don't know where I picked this up. I've been doing it since I first started cooking, and it's just a great flavor for steaks. I'd suggest at least a nights worth of soaking if you have the time to. The main flavor in this marinade is the Italian mixed with the Worcestershire."

"This was a great marinade for our Bison sirloin steaks. I used Good Seasons homemade dressing and added all of the optional seasonings. I marinated the steaks for 8 hours and they were tender and juicy."
"I added about 3 T. dehydrated onions, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. fresh cracked pepper, and just a few shakes of salt. I marinated my London Broil steak, stabbing it all over with a fork so the marinade would soak into the meat. I marinated for about 9 hours, then grilled it on my George Foreman grill inside. The steak went great with some garlic mashed potatoes and peas. Thank you! Dave"

"I wasn't expecting much from this one - it looked "too simple." Dopey me!! I marinated a couple of pieces of London Broil for a few hours yesterday and threw them on the grill. "I marinated two porterhouse steaks for Hubby and Little Miss (DD) thet both love beef. The day I suppose to cook it Hubby arrived home late and had already ate dinner. So the beef sat in the marinate for two days. I don't eat red meat so I didn't get to taste it but Hubby really enjoyed it he said the flavour really soaked into the meat. "I have marinated chicken breasts in italian dressing and they were great so wanted to try this recipe. Added minced onion, garlic powder, pepper, and omitted the seasoning salt. I used eye of round sliced into 6 pieces and refrigerated overnight. The steak was tender and very tasty! Thank you Michelle for posting this recipe, saving this one to use again."
