"SO FLAVORFUL. I was pleasantly surprised at how much flavor this little dish contained. My husband, who doesn't like anything I make had 4 bowls of it and told me 2 times that he liked it. I didn't have pine nuts and I added marinated artichokes. It was delish! I am going to make it as a side dish to garlic chicken fingers (recipe # 56453) next time. Thanks for sharing."

"Loved it! What an excellent way to serve couscous... this is no lightweight of a meal, its full of favour, filling and totally yummy.I did add more cheese to the top as well as in the middle and the cheesier it was the better it we liked it. Only DH and I like and eat pine nuts in our house yet somehow we totally misplaced them, both of us rummaging through the pantry cupboard searching in vain, so sadly they weren't included.
