"This is delicious. I used 2% milk and semisweet chocolate. It melted fine for me. I used half of the peppermint amount and a chocolate-covered peppermint stick candy cane! The peppermint flavor was wonderful; not too much. I made a non-alcohol version for my son and the peppermint stick gave it a wonderful mint flavor as well! Thanks for sharing."
"I think this recipe has potential. The cocoa is deliciously rich even though I couldn't quite get the chocolate melted smoothly before the milk started to boil. Unfortunately, after adding the schapps, I wasn't able to drink this - it was WAY too strong - couldn't taste the peppermint just the alcohol."
