"You thought you were stuffed on Thanksgiving? Take a look at this overstuffed turkey pot pie! It 's made in a prepared pie crust filled with Thanksgiving leftovers of turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy for ease during the holiday season. I do add more fresh herbs to this even though all was well seasoned when first served, bringing a freshness to the pie."

"BIG HIT!! I did this with fresh & homemade turkey, gravy and potatoes after thanksgiving! To save time, put all the veggies in the food processor rather than chopping. Overall the homemade gravy did the trick! Will definitely make again next yr!."
"I used carrots and peas instead of corn and it was eaten up in a hurry! Great dish to use leftover turkey from Thanksgiving!"
"Sounds great, I'm going to make it tomorrow, like the idea of the mashed potatoes on top, just like sheppard's pie."
"I have made this twice now, sorry I didn't review earlier. It has such great flavor! Great way to use up leftovers."
"Great way to use up all the leftovers I had frozen (turkey scraps, mashed potatoes, dressing). I made this with mashed potatoes on half and leftover dressing on the other half. Both ways were yummy."
"What I loved most about this is that I didn't have to cook anything since leftover Thanksgiving food built it. I did need to chop in the vegetables but that was easy. I didn't have time to make up a pie crust so I just used a casserole dish and left that part out. I generously sprinkled paprika onto the potatoes when browning them and it made a gorgeous crispy crust on top. Family loved it."
"I made this the other night using leftovers from a turkey made earlier in the week. It was great. A turkey dinner in a pie!!! I'll definitely be making this again."
