"This blend comes close to the flavors in the typical seasoned salt blends like Lawry's, without the sodium. Use it where seasoned salt is called for or when you want to give food a little extra flavor. This is really good on eggs and soups! Adapted from Low Sodium Cooking. This would also make a good gift!"

"This turned out quite well for no salt added (although my McCormick chili powder has salt as an ingredient on its label). The only thing I didn't like about this is the corriander, I just don't like it. I do have to say that I did not have Tumeric in my spice cabinet, but I read in the Food.com Kitchen Dictionary that dry mustard can be substituted, so that is what I used to replace the Tumeric. I then made this using no corriander and I enjoyed it very much. I will probably make this again. Thank you for posting this recipe. (Made for Name That Ingredient tag game)"
"I made this as written. After a search for a real good recipes to do. And with resulted in other similar recipes, I decided I wanted to create something unique a great base recipe and easy to modify depending on your tastes.. It may be a stretch to call my creation, but the result was a meal the whole family will liked. MY was Not better, not worse, just different ! "Yumm, Yummm. Very nice blend that will work with pretty much, darn near, anything. I thought the nutmeg was a tiny touch potent BUT I used a freshly opened bottle that arrived from Penzey's just this morning. I suspect that if it was supermarket nutmeg it would have been fine (and it didn't keep me from sprinkling it on my roast beef sandwich at lunch). Much less expensive and just as good as the "Gourmet" brands. Sharon, I'll be using this a lot!"
