"Charlotte J. What a winner. I have not yet used the mix on chicken or pork. I have used it on potatoes, mashed potatoes, steak. (I cooked the potatoes, sliced them 1" thick, put on the rub and warmed them up on the BBQ.) I put the mix in small spice jars then gave them to friends as gifts."
