"This was pretty good. Felt like it was missing something though. I added some pushed salmon to this and made it a great meal. Next time perhaps I can add more herbs."

"This was an interesting potato salad, my DH loved this potato salad as it didn't have hardboiled eggs in it which he hates. I liked it, but felt the lemon juice was a little overpowering, and I felt it needed some more herbs. I served it hot and added the avocados in at the last moment. Made for ZWT 2011."

"Siple and very easy to make. I love lime juice over avocado.
Next time perhaps I will use some fresh cilantro instread of chives depending on what kind of food I will add to this plate.

"I would have loved to give this 5 stars for the sheer fact that hubby LOVED it and he rarely eats avocado. I had to take a star away for the sheer fact that the lemon flavour was quite over-powering and I had already reduced it to 2 tbs. We both agreed that we prefered this one warm. "Another 5* for Parsley. This was as yummy as Summer comes tripping around the corner. No mayo! yea! The avocado and potatoes went so well together, who would of thought? I stuck to the amount of salt, even though potatoes sometimes need extra, but not this time! The lemon (I used fresh), chives, and olive oil made such a nice pairing. Totally yummy! I made big chunks of potatoes, and did add a couple of pieces of onion, only because there was a couple of chopped onions sitting on the cutting board. Thanks Parsley! Made for *ZWT4* June 2008."
