"Good hearty dinner!!"

"I reduced this to half as I was serving 3 rather than 6. It was absolutely delicious and so very easy to make! The steak came out nice and tender and very moist. I ended up baking for 45 minutes covered and removing the covering for an additional 15 minutes. Also, I was baking this in a glass dish, which may have contributed to the reduced cooking time. Thanks for sharing a delicious recipe Inez!!!"
"As usual, I added a touch of garlic with this recipe. Seems messy, but actually easy to prepare compared to other similar recipes. Great Comfort Food!"
"This was even better than I thought it would be! I made the recipe exactly as posted and we both loved it. I wouldn't change anything. Well, what WAS I thinking!! We ALWAYS love your recipes, MissNezz!!"
"Wow, this was wonderful. It happened to be a rather cool day in Northern Michigan so I thought something from the oven would be good after having lived on grilled food for weeks now. This dish was excellent. It has lots of flavor and the meat was sooooo tender. My husband almost ate the entire dish in one sitting!"
"This was a very quick and easy meal to fix. It had a wonderful flavor. It was so tender and very moist. Nice comfort food. Thanks for posting this recipe. "
"So tasty and so easy. Had some very tough drought sticken steak to get rid of and this made it tender and tasty. I did pound the steak to tenderise it first then cooked it according to the recipe with that touch of garlic added and some roast veges in another baking dish. It cooked itself. Great for when friends are around."
"Very easy to make. I followed recipe exactly and it turned out perfect for my family. Thanks"
"We did not like this at all. I only cooked this for 45 minutes and it was too overdone. The breading had little flavor. Will never make again."
"Oops, I missed the last 30 min. of cooking, but the steak seemed plenty done, if still a bit chewy (but not bad). I misread the instructions and thought it said "bite-sized pcs". So I was standing there quite awhile with my double batch thinking it would never end. But it did. It was good. As only a MizzNezz recipe can be!"
"Very good - I hate round steakpot roast stuff normally - so HIGH PRAISE when I say this was easy and I'll do it again!"
"I'm not rating since I must have screwed this up... somehow. The top was "mush". I baked the full 1 1/2 hours, covered and uncovered. What did I do wrong. Smelled good when it was cooking. :)"
"This was very easy and tasty. I made 1/2 the recipe since it was just my DH and I. Thanks for the recipe."
