"The family loved these. Although fried, it didn't taste oily at all. Easy to make and with excellent results. It took longer than expected for fries to brown and crisp up, but worth the while nonetheless! (Remember to use/pick potatoes of similar size so that they cook evenly while boiling.) Thanks for posting!"

"What a great way to cook fries! I misread the directions and sliced them into thick strips before boiling them. I accidentally boiled them a little too long and they got too soft so I put them in the freezer for about an hour until they were frozen. They turned out soft and delicious on the inside and crispy and crunchy on the outside. Thanks for my new preferred method of making homemade french fries!"
