"This doesn't have the gingersnaps, and we eat it over buttered egg noodles. I can make it in as little as 25 minutes in the pressure cooker, or leave it in the crock pot all day. My family likes it best out of the oven though. Thanks, "Best of Bridge" ladies."

"I have never made saurbraten without gingersnaps! What a surprise. Great Recipe! Easy, delicious and I made in a pressure cooker. I added an extra bay leaf. We can eat it all, my hubby can eat the sauce over the noodles. I will make again and serve over lumpy mashed potatoes. Thanks Northern Neighbor for posting!"
