"Hey lennie, This is terrific. Had a bunch un-expectly for dinner and WHAT TO FIX???? This was a life saver. However I had to substitute tomato sauce and ketchup for spagetti sauce and added 1 can of stewed tomatoes and 1 can of tomatoes and green chilis. It was all I had. Also had to sub grated parmesan for the mozzeralla. It was delicious. One guy had 3 huge helpings. Oh yeah I also shredded the cheddar to make it go farther. "This went over very well with my visiting in-laws. Since all the ingredients were basically pre-cooked, I tried it in the crockpot. Also, I substituted egg noodles for the shells because of what I had on hand. It was good. The sour cream added a nice surprise to the taste and texture."
"We there are nine of us total and this went over well with everybody. We even had enough for two nights, which is remarkable with four teenagers! Next time, though, I will add a few teaspoons of Italian seasoning. I felt it was a tad bland."
