"This was a wonderful recipe. If you would rather have the spicy marinade throughout the salmon, just follow the recipe until the brushing part, and pour the sauce over the salmon and bake for a total of 30 minutes. It is absolutely delicious and exerts less energy. The sauce permiates the fish."
"Made this exactly but cooked it on the grill. Marinaded in the sauce for about 30 minutes and then grilled."
"Scaled back for 2 serves so reduced sauce to 1/4 cup and for dietary reasons used low sodium soy sauce and sugar free maple syrup, my pieces of salmon where 100 grams each and I baked at 160C fan forced oven for 5 minutes and then basted and repeated twice more at 5 minute interverals so in 15 minutes they were cooked just right with a slight translucent texture and moist. I had some sauce left over so zapped in the microwave and poured over the salmon. Thank you conniecooks, made for Help A aked Recipe."
"I already love salmon....this recipe just makes it better:) I loved the blend of flavors and the fish turned out perfectly cooked."
"This was a very good way to prepare salmon. We loved the sweetness of it and thought that it tasted wonderful. The color of it was even amazing!"
"I was child sitting for my new neighbor last week end. Her oldest (6) loves salmon. I made this for her. She has such sophisticated taste for a small child that it is a pleasure to cook for her. she said this was a 5 star recipe. I personally do not like salmon so I had cod. Thanks"
"Delicious! Salmon turned out moist and full of flavor. Definitely will make again. Thanks for the recipe!"
"Best salmon recipe! My boyfriend loves it! He said its the best thing I have ever made and even told his grandma about it!"
"Superb. I can't add anything to this -- it was absolutely wonderful, and I'll make it again (and again), exactly as written. Thanks for posting this!"
"This was very, very good! My DH and I are not fish fans but his brother is an Alaskan fisherman so we receive fish gifts from time to time. I will repeat this with the rest of the salmon we have. I served it over rice to use the delicious pan juices. I made the full amount of sauce but used two fillets."
"Outstanding! The kids and I all loved this! The reduction sauce really packs on the flavor, sweet and mildly spicy. I used thawed frozen salmon fillets from Costco and baked for about 20 minutes. Easy but yummy enough for company. This one's a keeper! Thanks for sharing the recipe! "
