"This worked well. Another I had used had been too salty but that was not a problem in this recipe. I used it in Michele's (Asparagus, Bacon, or Salmon) Crustless Quiche #261072 and the quiche rose exactly as it should have. I'll use this again because I don't use self-rising flour frequently enough to warrant buying an entire bag. Thanks Lori 13!"
