"I like my wings baked and not fried. These are very tasty and crispy. For easier cleanup, line pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray."

"Yummy wings! I marinated my wings in Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce all day long before I used them in this recipe so I could add a little bit of heat and buffalo flavor. I liked the breading, these were tasty little buggers. Thanks for posting!"
"Perfectly crispy without all the extra calories. Have made these for more than 2 years and they are great every time. I usually serve wth a homemade honey-mustard sauce and a sweet chilli Asian style dipping sauce."
"This is a very good recipe for baked chicken wings. The only issue I had was not having enough breading for all the wings. If you get the wings from the grocery store (smaller wings) then the ingredient amounts will be ok. However, if you get the wings from a butcher and they're bigger then you might want to double the breading ingredients. As one reviewer stated, I marinated the wings in a little bit of hot sauce. The wings came out fairly crisp and were a good alternative to frying."
"This simple breading created some of the best baked wings that I've ever had. After the wings were finished cooking I swirled them in a bowl of Red Hot combined with butter and let them sit for a little while. They were perfectly moist with a great flavor behind them and I'll be using this recipe for pizza night from now on."
"These came out great! Nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside."
"I played around with the seasonings according to what I had, but otherwise followed this method with chicken breast. I applied the breadcrumbs in a bowl, put them in a casserole dish and kept it in the fridge overnight for baking the next day. The breading adhered perfectly (contra my last breaded chicken attempt, recipe #92213) and my MIL and DH both expressed love for this dish :-). If there was one thing this wonderfully healthy dish was missing (for me) it was a pat of butter :-o, but one of my sides was recipe #100417 and this provided the "comfort". Thanks for a great recipe!"
"This was a very good recipe. It was nice and crunchy. Will make again soon. Thanks for posting."
"I made this for my boyfriends 21st birthday and before the party even started they were gone! I wish I had made more there were fabulous!!!"
"I think my wings must've been larger because I ended up doubling the spices and mixing them with 3 cups of panko crumbs for 15 wings. I also had to bake them for 25 minutes on one side, flip them and then another 25 minutes on the other side...but they were perfect!"
"Delicious! Needed double the coating for 15 whole wings. Other then a pammed foiled baking sheet, everything done exactly as directed. Wonderful recipe that we'll use again. Thanks!"
"Very (very) good recipe. I didn't add the basil because I wanted to toss the wings in hot sauce once cooked. Flavour was exactly what I was looking for. While I wouldn't say they were "crispy" they had a nice, dry coating which went very nicely with the hot sauce. My husband said they were as good as any wings he'd had in a pub!"
"Very delicious recipe for chicken wings. Dh and I loved them! We are not really big on wings with lots of sauce so this recipe was a very nice change. I like to make my own breadcrumbs when using any recipe that calls for breadcrumbs. Recipe #167729 was what I used and than added the seasonings that were in this recipe. One thing I did different was, I put the egg and water (used alittle more water than 1Tbs) in a plastic baggie and added the wings and let them marinate in the egg wash for about 1 hour than I rolled them in the seasoned breadcrumbs and baked them on a baking sheet with alittle olive oil. They turned out nice and crunchy! This is definitely a recipe that I will be making in the future again. I also made Recipe #44698 to have with the wings. Thank you for sharing the recipe! :)"
"Most recipes I've found have chicken wings that are covered in tons of sauce (and calories!) so I'm really glad I found this one. It was a nice change; the wings turned out perfectly golden and crispy and very tasty! I used very soft breadcrumbs and ended up needing more than the amount called for, but other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks!"
"Wings turned out nice and crispy. . .very tasty, too. I did spray them with Pam before putting them into the oven and again when turning them. I think I'll try with chicken breasts next time, either boneless or bone-in. There definitely will be a next time. Thanks!"
"My husband LOVES wings and he is a picky eater so I was a little worried making these for him but I tried it and it was devoured by him and me! Outstanding!"
"this recipe is amazing! my whole family liked it... and we have some pretty picky eaters!!!"
