"A side dish I serve with chicken stuffed with asparagus spears."

"My husband said this tastes so good and rich, it could be a dessert! A definite keeper! I used the cooking method described in Perfect CrockPot Rice #16465, including a slow cooker liner. I doubled this recipe, subbing chicken stock for the water, and I used 1/2 of the dill indicated because children were included as dinner guests and I wasn't sure they would like that much dill. We just finished washing the dishes, and my husband asked me if I could serve this again tomorrow night I call that a successful recipe!"
"My dad went home tonight with the recipe for this one. He could not stop talking about how good it was. Very moist rice with a flavor boost from the lemon and dill."
"The lemon and dill added a real nice flavour to the rice and I thought the butter made the rice taste creamy. Very nice combination."
"My family loved this dish. I served with a roasted chicken and some steamed veggies. It rounded out the meal very well. I should also note that I reduced the amount of dill by half."
"This was a wonderful and easy dish. I added extra garlic and fixed it in the rice cooker. Served with marinated asian tuna and stir-fried vegies. Wonderful meal. Will definately use this dish with other meats. Made for Zaar Alphabet Soup game Nov.2009."
"I left out the dill, as we don't care for it. We loved this with our Grilled Salmon!"
"Absolutely wonderful. Probably the best white rice recipe I've served with white fish. I did split the dill only because the fish I was preparing contained flavors. The flavors combined smoothly and really helped bridge the palate between the shrimp and fish coarse without getting in the way. Awesome recipe Calee, thanks for posting."
"First I must say that I am not a big fan of dill, I really do not like how it is so overpowering in most dishes. So, I used 1 tablespoon of dill only to add more later! This rice was perfect! I served it with grilled salmon and steamed broccoli. Everyone raved over the rice! Thank you Calee, this was perfect!"
"this was good I did reduce the dill down to only 1 teaspoon fresh, the full amount would have been way too much for our tastes, also I increased the garlic amount, next time I will increase the lemon zest, thanks for sharing calee, we enjoyed this!"
"Very nice, mild tasting and easy to make rice. I think it would be good with some fresh lemon juice as well. I followed the recipe exactly using jasmine rice and fresh dill. I minced the garlic clove. Mine cooked for 30 minutes. I was surprised it worked out because it had a cup more of liquid than the rice made plain would call for but cooked an extra 10 minutes it was perfect! Served with recipe#14303. Made for Holiday Tag."
"My husband, who doesn't really care for white rice, said that this dish was outstanding! I served it with broiled salmon and green beans. The lemon and dill in the rice were a perfect compliment to the entree. You can be sure that I will this dish many more times."
"This rice is great served along side fish. I left off the butter and used basmati brown rice. The brown rice results in a longer cooking time but since the herbs are added at the end, this does not present a problem."
"This is very good. I added two Tblsps lemon juice to the butter and mixed before topping the rice. I love lemon. I also added 1/4 cup more rice. I use a microwave rice cooker."
