"Fabulous recipe - thank you. Have made this two nights running and have tweaked it slightly. 1.5 minutes is perfect for one piece of salmon - covered with baking paper cause it can make a mess. I subbed thyme for dill - personal preference - also instead of mixing mustard and honey - I smeared the salmon in mustard, added dill then drizzled honey over. Also tonight - I subbed dill with dried chilli's - delicious!
