"I used Roma tomatoes, brown sugar and ground parsley (as I didn't have fresh parsley at home). It was an easy dish to put together and tasted very nice. Thank you for your post Sharon123"

"Outstanding! I will make this again and again.
I made some changes, all of which I would recommend.
I wanted big slivers of garlic, so I chopped seven cloves instead of the four called for. I sprayed the assembled tomatoes lightly with olive oil spray instead of drizzling with the oil. Also, I used way less salt and no sugar. We were out of parsley, so we skipped this, too. But at least we had rosemary!
I cooked the packet for about 20-25 minutes on the grill. This allowed everything to meld beautifully. The rosemary was amazing (not overpowering at all), and the garlic was soft and delicious.
