"1# of cheese is way too much. I decreased it by 1/2, and added 4 eggs, plus 1/4 cup of cream, and it turned out pretty good. I think next time I would make it without the bacon though. I like bacon, but not in this dish."

"I cut the recipe in half as there is only me. I followed the directions as written, but maybe I shouldn't have since I cut the ingredients in half. The presentation was good, just like you see in the photo posted by ms_bold. The flavor was there...both the bacon and cheese came through. BUT....the mouth feel left a lot to be desired, it was so dry. It could be my fault as it was baked for the full length of time....or...it could be that the recipe needs the addition of a little cream mixed in with the eggs. I am not sure I will attempt it again, as I don't think this recipe really would save me time as there is only the one serving that is needed."
